 The Las VegaN Magazine is auctioning off the cover of its January
2000 millennium issue. The suggested starting bid is 50,000 U.S. dollars. Bids will be
accepted starting on the 26th of November 1999. The auction will close at 12 noon Pacific
Time on the 17th of December 1999. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to charity.

is distributed throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East.
The bidders must
verify the funds are in escrow during the duration of the bidding.
